How Do I Add References to My Profile?

You can add references to your profile to add trust and credibility. It's a good idea to request a reference from one or more of the following:

1. Your employer
2. Your previous landlord
3. A professional colleague or mentor

You can request a reference as follows:

1. Sign in and go to the My Profile page
2. Click on the Request Reference button
3. An invitation email will be sent to the person who can then add the reference

Where Are References Displayed

References will be displayed on your profile page and you can re-use them for multiple rental applications.

You can see all the reference invitations you have sent by going to the Account page and looking in the Invitations section.
