A Mudhut Profile is a free property related profile that you can share with anyone.
Tenants
If you're a tenant, you can build a Tenant Profile to help you avoid letting agent admin fees. You can share your profile with any landlord or agent:
- Add some details about you, your income and employment details
- Verify your email, phone number and identity to build trust
- Add a Tenant Credit Check to your profile
- Get references from previous landlords, employer or professional colleagues
Landlords
If you're a landlord, you can add your contact details and verify your email and phone number to help reasurre tenants that you're a trustworthy person.
When a tenant sends an enquiry or applies for a tenancy, you will be able to view their profile so you can see who you're dealing with. You can also ask them to get a credit report so you can verify their identity and check for adverse credit data.
You can also invite exisitng tenants to create a profile allowing both you and them to save on agency renewal and referencing fees.
Sellers and Buyers
If you're a seller or buyer, you can add your contact details and verify your email and phone number to help reasurre other Mudhut users that you're a trustworthy person.
