How Do I Edit a Tenancy Document?

You can review and edit a Tenancy Document before you send it to the recipients (as long as you haven't electronically signed the document):

  1. Sign in and going to the Landlord page
  2. Click into the document from the Documents panel
  3. Click on the Edit button to edit the document
  4. Click on the Save button to save any changes

Signing and Sending

Once you have finished any changes, you can electronically sign the document and send it to the recipients for signing.

Sign the Document

To sign the document: click on the Sign button, type in your signature and Confirm.

You will no longer be able to make changes to the document once you've signed it. This protects the integrity of the electronic signature because the document version is used as part of the signature.

Please note: you will not be able to make changes to the document after it's been electronically signed. If you need to make changes, you wil need to create a new document.

Send the Document

To the send the document: click on the Send button, fill out the optional message and send. The tenant(s) will receive an email notification with a link to the document.
