How Do I Enquire About a Property?

Enquiries

Prospective tenants can send property enquiries from Rightmove or through our website. We will send the enquiry to the landlord who will respond using our secure messaging service.

You can enquire about a property as follows:

  1. From the Rightmove listing page using the Request Details feature
  2. From the Mudhut website - use the search feature on the Tenants page

When the landlord sends you a message, we will notify you by email and SMS message.

Landlords often receive multiple enquiries a day for their property and have other commitments such as day jobs to juggle with renting out their property.

We ask that you are patient when waiting for a response on a property by giving the landlord 48 hours to respond.

Request a Viewing

You can request a viewing of a property directly with the landlord:

  1. Find the property using the search feature on the Tenants page
  2. Click on the Book Viewing button from the property listing
  3. Fill out the viewing request and click Send

We will send the request to the landlord who will respond to you via our secure messaging system.

Apply to Rent

You can apply to rent your property from the property listing:

  1. Find the property using the search feature on the Tenants page
  2. Click on the Apply to Rent button from the property listing
  3. Fill out the application details and click Continue
  4. Add  a credit check and any additional applicants then click Submit

Adding a Tenant Credit Check will assist the landlord to review the application.

The application will be sent to the landlord who will then evaluate it and respond to you directly.
