How Do I Publish My Property Ad?

Once you've created your property ad, you can publish it using one of our ad packages:

  1. Click on the Manage Ad button to go the ad summary page
  2. Click on the 'Publish' button
  3. Choose an ad package and duration
  4. Click on the Confirm button and then go through the payment process if applicable

We have two ad packages, Basic and Standard.

Verifying Identity

You can verify your identity by using our instant ID verification powered by Equifax. Go the My Profile page and click on the Verify ID button.

Alternatively, you can add a scanned PDF of photographic ID such as a driving licence or passport to your profile page.

Verifying Ownership

We ask you to verify your ownership of a property to ensure that you are authorised to let the property.

You can do this by uploading a PDF document to the property such as the title deed, mortgage statement or a copy of the lease.

If you need to, you can download a PDF of the title deed on HM Land Registry here:

https://www.gov.uk/search-property-information-land-registry

Basic Ad Package

If you choose our Basic ad package then your ad will appear only on the Mudhut website.

Standard Ad Package

If you choose our Standard ad package then your ad will appear on the Mudhut website and on our advertising partner network for the duration of your ad package.

Please note, property sales will not appear on Rightmove - they do not currently permit listings from private sellers.

We send ads to our partners every day so it will usually appear within 1 business day. Sometimes it takes a little longer because some of the sites feed off each other.

Ad Content

Ad content is automatically filtered to remove phone numbers, email addresses, website links and domain names.

Ads will be checked before they are published and content. Moderators will ensure that that phone numbers, email addresses, website links and domain names have been removed and that appropriate language is used to describe the property
